PART 1: Why be Locked Into an Agreement When You Do Not Have To?
The Texas Real Estate Commission requires that you be given a copy of the
form Information
About Brokerage Services. It explains who an agents actually works for and whoose best
interest is reppresented. It also states that in order for us to act as your Buyers
Agent and represent your best interest there should be a Buyer's Representation
Agreement executed between us. While this written agreement is required we feel that
you should never be locked into working with an agent you are not happy with.
We are so confident in our ability to ensure that you are 110% satisfied
with the level of service you recieve, we provide you with our Buyer's Love It or
Leave It Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our level of service you may
simply FIRE US and go on your way. We never want you to feel obligated to
work with us.
PART 2: Love You Home or Leave It?
The second part of our Love It or Leave It
Guarantee is just as impressive as the first. If at any time during the
first 6 months after closing on your new home you need to sell your home, for any reason,
we will list your home for sale and represent you in the transaction at no charge from us.
If you are unsatisfied with the home for any reason, your job transfers you, you get laid
off, or any other reason just let us know and we will work to get the home sold for you.
Again our comission for this is 0%.
These two guarantees are unheard of in the
industry.
We provide these guarantees to assure you that you will be 100% satisfied with both our
level of service and the home that you purchase.
